Welcome to Fabio’s Gelato, an independently run, small family business passionate about producing great-tasting, homemade, award-winning artisan gelato.

With over 500 flavours created to date, we love experimenting and pushing boundaries. If you can think of it, we can make it — and if you can’t, we probably already have.

Think creamy scoops, indulgent handmade gelato cakes and rich milkshakes — plus our much-loved crumble counter, exclusive to Hitchin — all made with care, quality ingredients and serious attention to detail.

And because great gelato deserves great coffee, we proudly serve artisan speciality coffee from Campervan Coffee Co. roasted right next door to our gelato kitchen in Weston and crafted by an independent roaster just as obsessed with quality as we are.
